About the position

Sales employees will concentrate on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field. When not in the field, they are expected to collaborate with their team from their assigned office location, if available. To drive revenue growth by strategically managing relationships with application and solution providers/vendors to promote and deliver wireless/wireline voice and data services through partner channels. What you’ll do Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: Partner Recruitment and Relationship Management : Recruit new partners/vendors and build strategic, long-term relationships. Sales Strategy and Promotion : Develop and implement sales strategies to promote wireline/wireless solutions and meet targets. Training and Support : Provide comprehensive training, coaching, and resources to partners for effective product promotion. Performance and Issue Resolution : Monitor partner performance, analyze challenges, and resolve issues to ensure channel success. Collaboration and Reporting : Collaborate with internal teams, create detailed reports, and coordinate activities to achieve sales goals.
