Summary:  

A highly motivated and detail-oriented intern with excellent customer service and administrative skills. Responsible for managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and maintaining office organization. Skilled in using office productivity tools and basic troubleshooting of office equipment and software. Adaptable, tech-savvy, and eager to learn, ensuring a seamless front desk experience while supporting the team with digital solutions.

NOTE: This is NOT a paid internship, but transport stipend is provided. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Reception & Customer Service – Answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries professionally, ensuring a welcoming front desk experience. 
  • Administrative Support – Manage office correspondence, schedule appointments, organize files, and assist with documentation and record-keeping. 
  • Tech Support & Troubleshooting – Assist in basic troubleshooting of office equipment and provide tech support for software applications. 
  • Data Entry & Digital Management – Maintain and update databases, input accurate records, and manage digital files using office productivity tools. 
  • Social media & Communication Support – Assist in handling official social media accounts, emails, and internal communication platforms as needed. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in a Relevant Field – Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related discipline. MUST be a serving Corps member. 
  • Proficiency in Office Productivity Tools – Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive). 
  • Basic IT & Tech Support Skills – Ability to troubleshoot minor software and hardware issues, manage emails, and assist with office tech needs. 
  • Excellent Communication & Customer Service Skills – Strong verbal and written communication skills for handling inquiries, drafting emails, and engaging with clients. 
  • Organizational & Multitasking Abilities – Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintain office records, and support administrative functions.
