Job Description: Software Engineer Trainee (Freshers)

Position: Software Engineer Trainee
Location: Remote / Hybrid / On-site
Experience: Freshers (0–1 Year)
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science, Information Technology), MCA, or M.Tech (CS/IT)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates who are passionate about technology and software development. The selected candidates will work closely with experienced engineers to develop, test, and maintain software applications while gaining hands-on industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting software issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
  • Learn and implement best coding practices and software development methodologies.
  • Support application deployment and maintenance activities.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Participate in code reviews and team discussions.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, or C#.
  • Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

  • Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Eligibility Criteria

  • B.Tech/B.E. (CS/IT), MCA, or M.Tech (CS/IT) graduates.

  • Minimum 60% throughout academics preferred.
  • Internship or academic project experience will be an added advantage.
