The ideal candidate has a strong design background, an eye for visual storytelling, and the ability to deliver polished decks that are both persuasive and visually compelling. This role requires someone who can work full-time on our projects, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and meet tight deadlines with quick turnarounds. HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME: <ul> <li>Design and deliver clean, polished layouts for both live presentations and PDF distribution.</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to refine content flow and ensure clarity, impact, and persuasiveness.</li> <li>Translate strategic messaging into compelling visual storytelling that resonates with audiences.</li> <li>Create infographics, data visualizations, and emotional design elements to enhance storytelling.</li> <li>Ensure all designs maintain a modern, sophisticated aesthetic that communicates trust and ambition.</li> <li>Provide fast turnarounds and revisions within stipulated timelines to meet project deadlines.</li> <li>Test decks for consistency, readability, and technical quality across multiple formats.</li> </ul> WHAT YOU HAVE: <ul> <li>1. Technical Design Expertise <ul> <li>Strong command of design software: PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma (or similar).</li> <li>Ability to produce professional, presentation-ready layouts optimized for multiple formats. </li> </ul> </li> <li>2. Sales Deck Structuring & Storytelling <ul> <li>Deep understanding of persuasive deck structure: clear opening, narrative arc, supporting evidence, and strong close.</li> <li>Skilled in refining slide content for maximum clarity and impact.</li> <li>Ability to collaborate on messaging and craft a visual journey aligned with strategic goals.</li> </ul> </li> <li>3.
