Dispatcher / Delivery Driver (Amazon DSP) – Full-Time & Part-Time

Pay: From $23.75/hour (based on experience)

MVP Logistics LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is hiring Dispatchers who can also operate as Delivery Drivers when needed. This is a great opportunity for candidates with logistics, dispatch, or Amazon DSP experience looking to grow into leadership roles.

We are hiring for two positions:

Part-Time Dispatcher / Driver (Growth Role)

2 days dispatch + 2 days on-road delivery

Opportunity to transition into full-time

Ideal for candidates looking to grow into operations roles

Full-Time Dispatcher (Operations Lead Track)

Run daily dispatch operations

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

Leadership and team management focus

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispatch planning, route assignment, and driver scheduling
  • Monitor delivery progress using Amazon systems
  • Track performance metrics (scorecards, on-time delivery, rescues)
  • Coach and support delivery associates (DAs)
  • Communicate route issues, delays, and escalations
  • Ensure drivers are logged in and compliant daily
  • Conduct end-of-day debriefs and resolve route issues
  • Manage inventory (devices, keys, gas cards, equipment)
  • Perform vehicle checks and coordinate basic fleet maintenance
  • Step in as a delivery driver when needed
Requirements:
  • Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced logistics environment
  • Amazon DSP, dispatch, or delivery experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
