Disney+ Retention Intern

The Walt Disney Company (Poland) offers an internship in Warsaw as a Disney+ Retention Intern starting on October 1st, 2026.

In this role, you will join the Disney+ Retention team in Central Europe, supporting customer engagement and retention initiatives across key markets, including Poland, Romania, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. You will work with local and regional teams to coordinate campaigns, support business analysis, and help improve subscriber experience and reduce churn. This position offers hands-on exposure to digital marketing in a leading streaming service, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and analytics. If selected for this role, you will report to the Customer Retention Manager Disney+, CEE.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Curate and manage the CEE communication calendar across multiple markets
  • Support the localization of assets and copy for email, mobile, CTV, in-app (promoting new releases, library, long-running series etc.) for campaigns in 5 CEE markets
  • Analyze data to identify trends and support business decision-making
  • Prepare reports and presentations with insights and recommendations
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing actionable insights
  • Collect and curate business data from multiple sources to support analysis
  • Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders (e.g. marketing, analytics, legal, performance teams)
  • Support CRM and product initiatives (e.g. automated messaging, personalization, UX updates)
  • Coordinate subscriber communication activities across CEE markets (project management support)

Required qualifications & skills:

  • Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken
  • Passion for Disney brand
  • Outstanding academic record
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Deep interest in marketing, business, management or data analytics
  • Curiosity and motivation to learn
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism and integrity
  • Team player with positive and open-minded attitude

Internship Requirements:

  • Active student status or recently graduated
  • Available min. 30 h per week (minimum 4 days per week)
  • Must possess the right to work in Poland
