Job description: A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring a Registered Nurse Case Manager to work for a state government facility in Harrisburg. This opportunity is 100% Remote/Work from Home but you must live within 1 hour of Harrisburg, PA to report to office for 3 weeks of training, equipment pick-up and monthly in-person meetings.

REGISTERED NURSE JOB SUMMARY:

  • Facilitate appropriate healthcare outcomes by providing care coordination support and education for members through the use of care management tools and resources.
  • Provide comprehensive healthcare management services to facilitate appropriate healthcare treatment, effectively manage healthcare costs and improve healthcare program/operational efficiency involving clinical issues.
  • Educated/empowers customers to ensure compliance satisfaction and promote patient advocacy. Optimize total costs.
  • Implementation and evaluation of policy based on usage and program directives.
REGISTERED NURSE HIGHLIGHTS:
  • Work schedule: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p
  • 100% REMOTE/Work from Home opportunity

REGISTERED NURSE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Active RN/Registered Nurse license in PA free of past actions/complaints
  • Case management experience required.
  • 1-3 years clinical practice experience, e.g., hospital setting, alternative care setting such as home health or ambulatory care required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office including Excel competent.
  • Ability to work independently from home
