Create and present presentations and reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations. Collaborate with the global team to share best practices and drive consistency in business processes. Identify and troubleshoot potential issues or challenges in the DACH market and develop solutions to address them. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members to support their professional development. Act as a representative of TripAdvisor in the DACH market, promoting the company's values and mission. Continuously strive to improve processes and drive efficiencies to support business growth and success in the DACH region. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols. Maintain a strong understanding of the travel industry and consumer behavior in the DACH market.
