About the Role:
Join our Customer Success & Operations team, supporting wholesale customers across the U.S. and Canada. You'll manage orders end-to-end, ensuring timely fulfillment while developing deep product and process expertise.

Key responsibilities:
1. Communicate with B2B customers (screen printers, DTG decorators, and promotional buyers) via email and phone.
2. Recommend suitable Milltex styles and colors based on customer requirements.
3. Manage the complete order lifecycle from confirmation to warehouse dispatch.
4. Create UPS shipping labels and coordinate LTL shipments.
5. Update order status and tracking in the Odoo ERP system.
6. Coordinate with warehouses in Buffalo, NY, and Canada for smooth fulfillment.
7. Handle order exceptions (shortages, substitutions, restocks) with clarity and professionalism.
8. Build strong product knowledge to provide accurate and value-driven customer support.

Who can apply

1. have minimum 1 years of experience

2. can work from 6:30 pm - 2:30 am Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time)

Other requirements

1. Excellent English communication — both written and spoken

2. Comfortable learning new systems (ERP, CRM, logistics portals)

3. Strong coordination, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

4. Can work independently, handle pressure, and “figure it out” when processes aren’t perfect

5. Curious and willing to go deep into product knowledge to serve customers better

6. Commerce, operations, or business background preferred (graduates welcome)

7. Must be willing to work U.S. hours (evening/night India time)

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
