ABOUT THIS ROLE
You will work to enhance the global presence of the Audiobook Creation Exchange (ACX), our creator marketplace that connects rightsholders with performers and producers to create their audiobooks. You will work with internal stakeholders as well as top tier “indie” creators – primarily authors, publishers, and narrators – to understand their goals and advocate for their needs.

As an Associate Manager, Audiobook Creation Exchange Relationships, you will...
- Support the launch of critical features and programs through engaging directly with creators proactively and reactively on calls and in person, while analyzing and leveraging data to drive and inform partnership decisions
- Grow the global ACX community in numbers, education, and awareness through your relationships with creators
- Understand top ACX creators’ content pipeline to inform ACX content promotion across Audible surfaces, as well as content acquisition from new and existing partners
- Work cross functionally with Product, UXR, Content Programing, Marketing, Customer Care, Risk Management, and other internal Audible teams and content programs to ensure success of ACX participants
- Act as a trusted voice of the creator in all internal discussions pertaining to Audible’s service to help guide the iterative improvement of internal processes, systems, and practices that support ACX content partnerships and the business as a whole

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience building relationships with creators, publishers or literary agencies, preferably within audio, or in a comparable area, such as in book publishing, television, film, or music
- Experience speaking publicly

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven communication skills
- Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Team player with the ability to work effectively in high-energy, rapidly evolving organization
- Business acumen with Microsoft office, including Excel and PowerPoint

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
